Even in this dog pen, this rambunctious Dalmatian couldn't stop these tremendous results in 6 short weeks! Work was done in fall, and in spring, 6 weeks after the ground warmed up, this is how the new grass came up, even with the dog running on it as it grew!
The best way I can help you is to educate you a little, teaching you a few critical facts about your soil and the effect it has on your lawn/yard.
This will set you in the right direction.
Soil is much more than something that gets us dirty. In fact good rich fertile soil is healthier than we are.
There are more living things in one hand full of healthy soil than there are people on the whole earth.
Billions of disease fighting good bacteria in this handful.
All chemical "fertilizers" are like vitamin pills with no actual food. No carbohydrates, sugars, substance.
If all we ate were vitamin pills, while we would be getting all the vitamins needed to survive, we wouldn't be to strong or healthy, would we?
The soil is the same way. Besides the earthworm and a few other tiny critters, the living beings that occupy soil are so tiny it takes a good microscope to see them.
Just because they are small, doesn't mean they do not need to eat. And, there are a lot.
Chemical fertilizers starve the soil.
Organic fertilizers feed the soil a balanced amount of all nutrients so they grow strong and multiply. Organic fertilizers also feed your plants actual food. Carbon, starches, sugars, calories.
Now that your soil is chock full of organic matter, minerals, vitamins, beneficial bacteria and fungi to fight off the bad bacteria and fungi, your roots are going to start growing very strong, and extremely quickly.
Now that your roots can easily and quickly transfer nutrients, watch out.
Things are going to grow almost unbelievably. By this I mean unbelievably well.
Garden vegetable plants shoot off to a quick start.
Bushes off all types, whether some form of evergreen, or leaved, flowering bush very quickly look almost unrecognizeably better.
Leaves are brighter, thicker, fuller.
Even if the plant is about to flower, you probably haven't seen flowers this nice on these plants in a long time. And this is nothing, wait till you see how these plants and their flowers look after a year of healing.
In a year, all the old insect and disease damaged leaves will have fallen off. New leaves will be grown from a healthy, organically fed plant protected by healthy soil instead of the poor soil you once had.
Evergreen bushes are the same way. Take a few pictures of your evergreen bushes from different angles. In just 4 weeks, take matching pictures.
See how much thicker, denser your bushes are. See how hard it is to see through em? How easy it was to see through them 6 weeks ago.
This is nothing. give your bushes a year. These dying see through piney bushes suddenly ready to be sculpted. Growing thick, growing vibrant, smelling nice. Healthy pine needles give off a beautiful scent.
The bushes that looked ready for the retirement home, are suddenly going through puberty. Trees, flower beds, berry bushes, grapes, fruit trees, everything. Fabulous!
Your Lawn? Ok, Ok, your lawn can be a no fuss, no muss lawn. Easily. Strong, pretty, simple to keep looking nice.
Well fertilized soil is going to make and keep a strong, deep root system.
A strong, deep root system grows healthy, strong grass.
Healthy strong grass requires little care.

This customer thought he would need to replace these privacy hedges. The after pic was taken one year after I started working on his yard. If you look closely, you will notice to the right, half way down, there is still some brown dead branches inside. A year later, they were also gone, replaced by new green vibrant growth. Make your soil healthy, and the soil will make your plants healthy. All the insects that lived in the diseased area, were also gone, resulting in a much prettier and much more enjoyable yard as well. If you have it done right the first time, the sooner you will be enjoying your yard!

We at Nature's Way Organic Lawn / Yard Restoration
want this for you too!

If you have had experiences in life like I have, you have taken shortcuts, done things to "patch" something up for the time being. Possibly to save time or money until later, when you can do it correctly. I have always found in these instances that I always ended up regretting doing things this way.
It ended up costing me far more time and money to redo the mess I caused by taking those shortcuts earlier than if I had done it right in the first place. It is like what Confucius said, "He who take shortcut, find long way around".
So do the wise thing and have it done right the first time, and it will be the last time. Until you are ready to have your next home, yard, restored that is.
Many of us know the health problems chemicals cause to us and refuse to use them, yet they too would like a nice yard. They have tried it themselves, or hired organic landscapers in the past, only to be disappointed.
Some landscapers that use organic methods, really do not know what they are doing, and others "claim" to use organic fertilizers, but their products are not natural which is what we as a consumer mean and want when we say organic. Federal law allows chemical fertilizers to be called organic as they come from the earth, but that loophole does not help us consumers looking for a natural, safe yard, now does it.
With Nature's Way Organic Lawn and Yard Restoration's methods and products; (fertilizer, disease and insect resistant grass seeds.), and the proper amounts of the right fertilizer, you will have a thicker, plusher, healthier lawn / yard that is extremely resistant to the insects and diseases that plague most yards in your area than any chemical program could even hope to provide!
An organic lawn is better, easier
and much less expensive to maintain!
How?
Well, without the need to bag and throw away valuable grass clippings, mowing just got quicker and easier. PLUS, now that you are feeding the organisms in your soil, those clippings will quickly decompose, building better soil while feeding your grass important nutrients as well as moisture.
Plus, these organisms you are now feeding also will not only eliminate the need to dethatch yearly as they will decompose that too, but these organisms, from the tiniest of bacteria, to the mighty earthworm, rapidly start to multiply as well as move around.
This aerates your soil naturally, putting hundreds of tiny holes in every square inch of your soil. So no more paying hundreds every year to have someone come with a machine that puts a large hole every 4 inches or so, which is a very poor substitute for the natural aeration that feeding your soil organically does.
FEEDING THE ORGANISMS IN YOUR SOIL, which can be done only with the proper organic fertilizer, will cause them to move around, reproduce, thus creating thousands of tiny holes in every square inch of soil, making your soil softer, more pliable, increasing it's ability to hold moisture as well as allowing the roots to grow longer, deeper.
And remember, the longer the root, the more capacity it has to store water and nutrients. Which means less frequent watering and no expensive yearly aeration project!
The beneficial bacteria not only feed on disease causing bacteria, just like on our bodies, but they also decompose, or compost your grass clippings, as well as thatch into a quality dark, nutrient rich soil that you just cannot buy in a bag..

Notice that in 8 weeks, as autumn set in, the lawn I worked on improved dramatically.
The lawn next door (in back of picture) got considerably worse!
