Do-it-yourselfers
For people all over North America, people that want to do things themselves, we have a plan for you that works. Fabulously, in fact.
There are so many fertilizers out there sold by people that could not get grass to grow in a meadow.
Most fertilizers sold on the web are practically worthless and pretty much all are incomplete.
NONE will work on every lawn.
You want to do this once, correctly, and be done with the work and enjoy your yard.
Your yard is your sanctuary It should be a pleasant serene place to hang out at the end of the week. You don't want to struggle with your yard. You don't want to spend boatloads of $$$ each and every year like you have in the past. You want to relax in your back yard, even show it off, and the front, you at least do not want it to embarrass you.
You need help.
What do I need for materials? Do I need this? How much of that?
What seed should I use? Even if I have all the right things, what exactly do I do with them?
Everyone I ask in stores and garden centers tell me different things, and they always try to push the nationwide brand of chemical fertilizer that has failed me miserably year after year.
I wish I could see the salesman's yard and see how poorly his advice works.
Here is where Nature's Way Organic Lawn/Yard Restoration comes in.
Here is how it works. I will ask you to email me some pictures of your yard They can be taken from a cell phone or digital camera. Less than 1MB is preferred and easier for you to send.
By looking at your pictures on my PC, I can zoom in on spots and areas and see what is going on with your soil by what I see growing, or not, and what condition it is in.
From my doing this, I can pinpoint exactly what and how much materials your yard will need and I give you a quote. Not an estimate, but a quote.
I write you customized instructions for every step of the restoration process for your yard.
I have the fertilizers sent to your door. I call a seed distributor in your area and we discuss the lawn diseases and insects that are causing lawns problems in your neighborhood and what strains of seed would best combat them. These are strains of seed you cannot buy in any store, and most landscapers are not even aware of them. The distributor ships the seed to your door. To learn more about grass seed click here.
While the materials are on their way, we discuss the instructions I have emailed you while we look at the pics you sent on our pc's, so you feel comfortable with understanding what to do.
We choose a day where I can be available to you and a few others around the country so you can call and ask questions. You can take a pic of a small area, email it and I can advise you and ease your anxiety about whether you are doing things correctly.
And it does not end there. I email you instructions to make sure you water your new seed properly to get your lawn growing quick and strong. Also, instructions on proper watering, mowing and general care techniques for the established lawn to keep your yard nice for the years to follow.
And I give ongoing Email support to my customers. To learn more, read the about us page or go directly to the contact us page to get started on your beautiful new yard.
If you wonder can I access a lawn and determine what is needed and advise by pictures?
Two things about that. This is the exact same way I determine what I need to do and how much to charge local customers for the lawns I work on personally. It "weeds out" looky lews and people trying to bleed me for information and as a result, cuts down on my wasted time and expense.
And less face it. Every business unfortunately has to pass on all expenses to their serious customers.
Second, here is one example of a do it yourselfer in Canada that achieved wonderful results from this program.
Hi Brian,Here we are at the one month post lawn restoration mark and you have asked if I would recommend your service to others. Absolutely. Before the restoration my lawn was a mess. Four years of digging up grass and laying sod in the problem areas, and using a variety of grass seed remedies, over seeding and "grass patches" did nothing to address the quality of my soil. The ants moving in were the final straw. I really was about to declare a serious case of "seasonal affective gardening disorder" and call the gardening season over in August. It was my good fortune to come across your website, which I found by searching for a solution for "ants in lawn..." I have to say that I did have some reservations about doing this project "by remote". You quickly addressed those reservations and have absolutely lived up to every promise. I have appreciated your professionalism, guidance, patience and sense of humor. The products you use are first rate, and do not harm the environment. I had a good laugh when the only caution for the fertilizer was a warning about the inherent drowning risk from containers of liquid. My lawn has never looked better, and I have learned a great deal about how to keep it looking that way. This is one benefit from living in the information age that I never expected, an Internet lawn restoration - who would have thought!
Thanks and best wished for your future projects.
