Chiggers

   Chiggers are nasty little guys. As babies they are tiny blood suckers. Have you ever been in a yard and your legs itch like crazy? It is probably chiggers.

As adults, they stop going after blood and eat vegitation. Of course, then they are making 

more baby bloodsuckers.

Like all lawn insects, a healthy organically fertilized lawn repels them

in several ways.
